This is what our kitchen looked like in March

this is looking into the dining room from the laundry the old cupboards on the left are now safely in thier new home in the garage soon to become part of Greg's workshop. Greg took out a little bit of arch way and the wall goes straight through from the lounge to the dining room.

Looing towards the Laudry from the dining room through the kitchen. The doors are leaning on the rear wall to give privacy for the toilet seeing as the neighbours have a great view of the loo now through the dining windows and open walls!

Fancy new ceiling

can't believe it's June already!!!

Hi
here's an update on our June progress.
We're almost ready to move home after living with my parents since before easter while renovating our house. It's been a complete overhaul of almost every room except for the bedrooms. Here's some pics of Madeline....

And then there were four... Introducing Baby Fleming Version 2.0

Hi all
Had a 13 Week scan today to see our new addition arriving late August 2009... so here's a sneak preview. All "bump" names welcome... so far our dteam have come up with Robusta (as in coffee beans)... so we're still on the look out for a cool name ;o)

This new baby clocked in a 72mm whereas Madeline was 74mm but still in the top 5% for height!!!! So i don't breed babies i breed GIANTS! (bring on the Caeserian!)

Everything else was good too, saw it's nose and fingers and toes and little arm bones, the heart has 4 chambers and the brain was all there in two hemispheres!

SO YAY that's our news! Roll on a grand 2009!

Dad's 60th Birthday

Hi
Here's our family Waitangi weekend at Dad's 60th birthday. It was a 1960's party... hence the terrible clothes and bad hair.

Andy and Kara's wedding

HI
thought you might like to see some family pictures from Greg's brothers wedding. They were married at Auckland Anniversary. I was the photographer... totally scary as i had never taken photos of a wedding before.... let alone using Matt and Cris' new camera that i borrowed that week. ARGH. Anyway there are a few good ones.
Here's some pics.

more of Madeline's Christmas holidays

Madeline totally loves music. Her piano playing is more like piano plunking but she likes to sing along to music. She particularly likes to sing the "Roar" part of "Daniel in the lion's den" and she sings "Everywhere" for "He is high on the mountains" oh and has recently learned to say "me" for a couple of songs that have the word "me" in them before the songs have even started into the lyrics... she just recognises the tune from the few opening bars. Pretty hilarious stuff.

Granny and Grandad bought her a black board for Christmas and it has provided hours of fun... but there has been excessive crunching of chalk with her new teeth so I'm not that impressed. It has been removed for too much chalk eating this week but hopefully she'll learn fast.

This is just a little video of our daughter doing some funny dancing at Christmas time. She thought her pants on her head were pretty funny. I thought Tim might appreciate some more action shots seeing as he can't see her regularly.

cool going to post some pics from Andy and Kara's wedding next
